Reindeer in the Park. Santa and his reindeer will make their annual visit to Lakefront Park in downtown Hudson. Youngsters can spend time with the jolly old elf, sharing Christmas wish lists. Live reindeer will be waiting for the perfect holiday photos be sure to bring your camera!
Member Spotlight: Craig Madsen
Craig has been with the company 7 years and in the club for 1 year. He likes all photography subjects, but has since really enjoyed night photography due to some of the club's field trips. He admits being addicted to Photoshop and has developed quite an interest in band photography. You can read more about Craig and see his wonderful photos on our web site.
Presentation: Washington, D.C, by Jon Laqua
Tuesday's presentation was Washington, D.C. by Jon Laqua. If you have not seen any of Jon's photography you are really missing out. Not only does he tell a story through his photos. He also has quite a few back stories that go along with them; many of them quite a amusing! Even if he didn't get the time that he wanted in each area his photos did a great job of telling the story of DC. Great job, Jon.
Salon: Our judges for the evening were Deb and Bob Shoemaker. This dual judging husband and wife team had a very unique turn out. They couldn't agree on some of the award placement so there are many doubles. As always thank you for your critique. You always have something good to say and offer many ways on how the maker might improve an image. Way to go winners. Thanks to Deb and Bob.
