A little about Jeanne:
She is an avid shooter herself and you can often find her on EPC field trips along with her husband John. She's an active "geyser gazer" and just recently returned from a Yellowstone trip.
Her background includes working 4 1/2 years at the NAPP help desk where might have answered one of your questions if you had an issue. Her most recent position is a Photoshop Quality Engineer at Adobe.
